Simple Baguette recipe with black garlic

There are thousands of baguette recipes in different cuisine, we can fight the whole day which recipe is the best :) but we can agree that the fillings of the baguette should have some ingredients of our favourites, the baguette needs to be crunchy and warm and it's much better that it's homemade. Agree?

Today we would like to show you one of our favourite baguette recipe with PreAureum black garlic. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare with a healthy balanced diet.


1 baguette

3 slices of bacon

1/2 carrot (cut in thin strips)

1/4 brown onion (cut in thin strips)

1 spring onion (cut in thin strips)

2 tablespoons vinegar

1/2 avocado (optional)

1 soft boiled eggs (optional)

1 clove of PreAureum black garlic (cut in small pieces)

Salt, pepper to taste

Chilli slices to garnish

Serving: 2


- Carrots, onion and spring onion: mix them with vinegar and salt, set aside for 1h to soften the carrot and remove the pungent taste of the onion.

- Cook the bacon slice in air fryer for 5-7 mins (depends on the thickness of the bacon) each side.

- Warm the baguette


Fill the baguette with avocado (optional), cooked bacon, carrots, onions and egg (optional)

Top the fillings with PreAureum black garlic and some chilli slices for more spicy.

Here you are, a quick lunch but healthy and balanced.
